TELMA teams are involved both in using and studying a range of existing technological tools and in the design and implementation of new tools. The main technological tools used by the various teams are outlined. Tools descriptions reflect a variety of aims and theoretical frameworks depending by the team researches. In the final section some questions have been identified that may provide a means of interrogating and analysing the various tools from the point of view of the representation of, on the one hand, mathematical objects and mathematical activity and, on the other, pedagogy and social setting.
